Treasurer's Report, Trustee Report, Membership Report:
We currently have $2622.14 in the bank. We have 35 paid members.
Dave submitted in the info for the swap meet to MIT - New England Flea Market List
We discussed the pros and cons of having an auction at the swapmeet and decided not have one this year. We decided that it was best not to do too much too soon.
We will have a sign in and name tags for everyone. We will use the "Hello, my name is..." type of tags. Karen will take care of getting these.
The official name for the swap meet will be "Breakfast Swapfest"

Rob will provide a list and contact info to Dave that the Red Cross uses.
Signs will need to be made to direct people to the event. Dave will take care of these.
Displays - Ray will have a PowerPoint presentation that will last approximately 40 minutes. Ray will also look into having a QCWA table and ARRL table.
50/50 tickets - We will sell these for $1 each or 7 for $5. Those purchasing them, will only need to put their call sign on the back. Karen will take care of purchasing these. Along with the 50/50 drawing, door prizes will be drawn from the same lot of tickets. We have a $50 gift certificate to ARRL and 2 free memberships to the club.
Moose Mt Repeater:
Dave is still looking into linking this repeater. The one who was heading up this effort has passed away.
